Shereen and Badrul’s wedding at Woolston Manor in Essex was a wonderful family affair. There were around 150 people at the ceremony and then that figure went up to 250 in the evening. Although I’m a Richmond wedding photographer and a Surrey wedding photographer I also travel across London and the UK so going to East London and Essex wasn’t a problem. The day started with me going to photography the bridal preparations at Shereen’s mum’s house while my friend and colleague Carl was with the groom Badrul and his family. I love photographing the getting ready shots, there’s lots of fun and laughter, and a few nerves too. It’s such a privilege to be with the bride and groom as they prepare themselves for the big day ahead. The bride and groom arrived at the venue in style. Badrul drove a black Lamborghini Adventador, while Shereen, her mum and brother were in a classic convertible. Shereen’s dress was amazing and she looked beautiful as she walked down the aisle with her mum. After the ceremony we took some lovely photos and then it was time to eat. The food was amazing and the speeches had a good mixture of hilarity and emotion. Such a wonderful day, congratulations!
